We have been providing housing for eligible low to moderate income individuals and families of our community and surrounding areas since 1965. We oversee 54 affordable housing units in David City, NE also known as the Sunshine Court. We also perform management services for 12 affordable housing units in Gresham, NE, for 28 affordable housing units in Friend, NE, and for 31 affordable housing units in Stromsburg, NE.
